I'm having trouble logging in

Quick login troubleshooting for fitness professionals and personal trainers using The Social Trainer.

If you’re a fitness professional or personal trainer having trouble logging into The Social Trainer, here are the most common troubleshooting steps:

  1. Confirm You’re on the Correct Page
    Make sure you’re logging in on our platform [here].
  2. Enable Javascript in Your Browser
    The issue may be caused by Javascript being disabled.
    • Go to your browser settings → Security section
    • Ensure that “Enable Javascript” is turned on
      Javascript is required for features like the workout builder, caption generator, and client dashboard to function properly.
  3. Clear Your Browser’s Cookies & Cache
    Stored cookies or cache can cause login conflicts. Clear both, then refresh the page and try again.
  4. Reset Your Password
    Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. Follow the prompts to reset your password, then sign in again.
