You’ve watched the Welcome and Customizing Your First Post videos and shared your first training post—great work! Now, let’s keep that momentum going with a simple, strategic plan to help you stay consistent and organized.

1. Choose Your Target Audience

Start by deciding who you want to focus on first. Are you creating content for:

  • New clients
  • Local gym-goers
  • Athletes
  • Returning clients

Use the filters inside the Content Vault to easily find templates and posts designed for each specific client type.

2. Pick a Guide to Customize

Once you’ve selected your audience, choose a lead-generating guide that fits their needs:

  • New clients → Beginner’s Starter Workout
  • Local gym-goers → Local Fitness Events & Resources
  • Athletes → Performance Training Roadmap
  • Returning clients → Back-to-Training Progress Plan

Follow the step-by-step instructions to personalize the guide and set up your sign-up or lead-capture page to start building your audience.

3. Stay Consistent with Your Content

Keep your social posts centered around the same target audience. Consistent messaging helps build recognition and strengthens your coaching brand, making it easier for the right clients to connect with you.

Focus your social posts on that same audience. The more consistent your messaging, the more recognizable your coaching brand will be to the clients you want to attract.

4. Add Your Email Newsletter

Once you’ve established a steady posting rhythm, start nurturing your audience through email. Use the monthly Email Newsletter Template—updated each month in your dashboard—to stay connected and top of mind with your clients.

5. Show Up on Stories

Start showing up more often in Instagram Stories—you can filter for story templates in the Content Vault to make it easy. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Try simple ideas like:

  • Polls
  • Q&A boxes
  • Questions that engage your audience

The goal is to build genuine connections and spark meaningful conversations with your followers.

6. Grab Extra Content as You Go

Need something for a class announcement, client transformation post, or flyer? Use the Content Vault as your on-demand library—everything you need is only a few clicks away.
