How to Create a White Outline Around Subjects in Your Fitness Photos

Follow these simple steps to add a white outline (or any color) to clients, trainers, or equipment in your images:

Step 1: Select Your Photo

Click the workout photo or client image you want to edit.
Adjust the transparency to 100% by clicking the transparency icon so your subject is fully visible.

Step 2: Use the Magic Grab Feature

Click Edit → Magic Grab to isolate subjects from the background.
Select the people or equipment you want to outline (e.g., a client, dumbbell, or kettlebell).
Click Grab to lift the selected subjects away from the background.

Step 3: Add an Outline

Click Edit again and open Shadows.
Select Outline.
Adjust the outline thickness to fit your brand or image style.
Set the outline color — white is perfect for crisp promo visuals, but any brand color works.

Step 4: Adjust Positioning

If outlined subjects overlap text or logos, reposition them:

  • Select the subject.
  • Click Position and choose to bring forward or send backward as needed.

Step 5: Customize Further (Optional)

If you want outlines on specific subjects only:

  • Click Magic Grab again and re-select just those elements.
  • Apply the outline to those items.
  • For others, go to Shadows → No Shadows to keep them as-is.

Now you’ve got a clean, professional outlined effect around your client, trainer, or equipment — perfect for promo posts, thumbnails, and social graphics! 🎨✨
