How to transfer your design from your computer to your phone
Downloading Canva templates to your computer and transferring them to your phone using AirDrop, the Canva app, and other quick methods — tailored for fitness pros and personal trainers.
💡 You can publish from Instagram.com on a computer, but to add trending audio (which can boost reach), you’ll need to post from the Instagram mobile app (as of March 2025).
There are a few simple ways to move your Canva designs and workout graphics from your laptop to your phone:
- Canva App: Open the design in the Canva mobile app and download your graphics or workout cards directly to your camera roll.
- AirDrop (Mac → iPhone): The fastest method—select your exported files and AirDrop them to your iPhone. Click here for tutorial.
- Nearby Share (Android ↔ Android / Android ↔ PC): Use Nearby Share on Android to quickly transfer images or templates between devices.
- Email: Email the files to yourself and save them from your phone’s inbox to your camera roll.
