How To Update a Template With Your Brand Colors
- Click on any element (text, background, shape, etc.) whose color you want to change.
- A color box will appear in the top toolbar.
- Click it, then choose your brand color or enter your hex code.
💡 Tip: After selecting your color, click “Change All” to instantly apply it to every matching element — perfect for keeping your workout posts and class graphics consistent and on-brand.
How To Update a Template's Fonts With Your Brand Font
- Click on any text box.
- In the top toolbar, click the font name to open the font menu.
- Select your brand font from the list, or upload your own (available for Canva Pro users only).
- Adjust the font size, weight, and spacing to match your brand style.
💡 Tip: After selecting your font, click “Change All” to apply it to all matching text in your design — keeping your captions and headers consistent and on-brand.
How To Add Your Brand Kit To Save Time (Canva Pro)
If you have a Canva Pro account, upload your brand colors, fonts, and logos to your Brand Kit to save time and create consistent, on-brand posts for your clients, classes, and promotions.
- Go to your Canva Home dashboard.
