Adding Screenshots to Your Canva Projects

Including screenshots in your Canva posts is a simple way to highlight content or showcase information. Here’s how to do it step by step.
Step 1: Capture the Screenshot
- On a Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 to select the area you want to capture.
- Save the screenshot to your desktop or a location you can easily access.
Step 2: Upload the Screenshot to Canva
- Open your Canva project.
- Go to Uploads > Upload Media.
- Select your saved screenshot from your files and upload it.
Step 3: Add and Adjust the Screenshot
- Drag and drop the uploaded screenshot onto your design.
- Resize, reposition, or double-click the image to adjust which part is visible.
- Fine-tune until it fits seamlessly into your layout.
