5.3 Billing and Auto-Renewal

By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.

5.4 Payment Methods

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge all fees incurred.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

6.2 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Once a billing period has started, no refunds will be provided for that period. If you cancel, you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

9.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that use of our Service will result in any specific business outcomes, follower growth, engagement, or revenue. Your success depends on many factors outside our control.

9.3 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Social Trainer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
