Start on the free plan: no credit card, no time limit. Browse the whole library, open the free templates in both editors with your own photos and clips, and export what you make. Upgrade when you want every template, AI captions and the calendar.

Does it work on my phone?

It runs in any modern browser. Editing is easiest on a computer; the finished files go to your phone by QR code, and the posting reminders are emails you open on your phone.

What kinds of templates are there?

Won’t my posts look like every other trainer’s?

Not once they’re yours. Your photos go in, your Brand Kit sets the font style, colors and logo, and the caption is rewritten from your profile.

How often are new templates added?

New templates are released in drops. Each drop shows up under New Content in the app, and members get an email when one lands. Pro members can use everything in a drop the day it’s released.

Yes. Upload them to My Media once; Autofill puts them into templates for you, or pick them yourself in the editor.

No. Most templates open in the built-in image or reel editor, where you fill in your words and photos. Some also come with a Canva link if you’d rather work there.

How do I get a finished post onto my phone?

Export it and scan the QR code with your phone. The files download straight to it, ready to post.

Does it post for me?

The Social Trainer doesn't post for you and never connects to your accounts. You put posts on the calendar; when one is due, you get an email with the finished file and the caption, so posting it from your phone takes a minute. Nothing goes out under your name unless you post it.

Any of them. You post it yourself, so the same posts work on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn or anywhere else.

30 minutes before a scheduled post by default. You can change that in Settings, and turn on a 7 am email listing everything due that day.

Can I cancel anytime?

Cancel anytime from Settings, in a couple of clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Everything you've made stays in your account.

Is there a refund?

If Pro isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. Renewals aren't refunded. Cancel anytime from Settings and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I use it for client work?

Yes. You can use the templates and stock for your own business and for client work. You can’t resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

Click Forgot password on the login page and enter your email. A reset link arrives within a few minutes.
