All of our Canva templates come pre-made, but you can easily customize fonts and colors to match your brand. Canva makes it simple to update multiple text elements or colors at once, saving you time and keeping your design consistent.

Step 1: Select a Text Element

  • Click on the text box you want to change.
  • In the top toolbar, open the Fonts menu.

Step 2: Choose a New Font

  • Pick the font you want from the list.
  • If the template has multiple text boxes with the same font, click Change All to update every instance at once.
  • If a text box uses a different font, only the ones matching the selected font will update.

Step 3: Change Colors

  • Click on any element or text whose color you want to update.
  • Choose a new color from your palette or brand colors.
  • Click Change All to update all matching colors across the template.

Step 4: Update Backgrounds (Optional)

  • You can also click on background elements and use the same Change All feature to apply a new color to all matching backgrounds.

Tip

This bulk editing method works for fonts, text colors, and background colors. It’s perfect for personalizing templates quickly while keeping a consistent look across your posts.
