Updated February 18, 2026
Sometimes, you may want to change the order of pages in your Canva template to better fit your content flow. Canva makes this quick and easy.
Step 1: Open Grid View
- At the bottom of your Canva editor, click Grid View.
- This will show all pages in your template in a compact, visual layout.
Step 2: Reorder Pages
- Click and drag any page to move it to a new position.
- You can move multiple pages at once by selecting them together.
- Rearrange pages in whatever order makes sense for your content.
Step 3: Exit Grid View
- Once your pages are in the desired order, exit Grid View.
- Review your template to make sure everything flows correctly.
Tip
Using Grid View is the fastest way to reorganize slides or pages, especially when working with multi-page templates for social media posts, guides, or presentations.
