Transferring Your Design from Computer to Phone
Quick guide on how to transfer files to your phone!

Option 1: Using AirDrop (iPhone + Mac)
- Click Download in Canva to save your image(s) to your Mac.
- Open the downloaded image(s).
- Use AirDrop to send the files to your iPhone.
- Open Instagram on your phone — your images are ready to post!
Option 2: Canva App “Send to Phone”
- Click Share > See All > Send to Phone in Canva.
- Make sure the Canva app is installed on your phone.
- The project will appear in your app — just open it and hit Download.
- Your images are now saved to your phone and ready for Instagram.
