Welcome to TST! This quick guide will walk you through the basics so you can go from logging in to posting your first Instagram post in just a few minutes. No design or writing experience required.

Step 1: Log In to Your TST Account

Login Page

Start by logging in to your TST account. Once you’re in, you’ll land on your dashboard where all your tools and content live.

Step 2: Go to the Content Hub

Content Hub

From the dashboard, navigate to the Content Hub.

The Content Hub is where you’ll find ready-made content ideas designed specifically for social media. Browse, scroll, or search until you find content that fits your style, brand, or message.

Step 3: Choose Content You Like

Selected Content

Look through the Content Hub and select a piece of content that feels right for you.

Click on it to open it — this will be the starting point for your post.

Step 4: Create an AI Caption

AI Caption

Use the AI Caption feature to generate a caption for your post.

You can:

  • Generate a caption instantly
  • Edit the caption to match your voice
  • Add emojis, hashtags, or calls to action

The AI gives you a strong starting point, so you never have to stare at a blank caption box.

Step 5: Customize Your Post in Canva

Canva Editor

After creating your caption, click Open in Canva.

In Canva, you can:

  • Change the background image or color
  • Replace or reposition text
  • Adjust fonts, sizes, and colors to match your brand
  • Swap out icons or graphics

Make sure the post looks exactly how you want it — this step ensures your content is personalized and professional before posting.

Step 6: Post Your Instagram Post

Instagram Post

Once your Canva edits are complete and your caption is ready:

  1. Export your media from Canva
  2. Load onto phone or post from Instagram web

Congratulations — your first post is live 🎉

What to Do Next

After posting your first piece of content:

  • Save Canva templates and content styles you like
  • Use the AI caption tool for faster posts
  • Build a posting routine using the Content Hub

The more you post, the easier and faster it gets.
