How to Use the Content Calendar in TST
Our content calendar makes your posting life easier!
TST’s Content Calendar makes planning, scheduling, and tracking your social media posts simple. Follow these steps to organize your content and stay consistent.
Step 1: Go to the Content Calendar

From your TST dashboard, navigate to the Content Calendar.
This is where you can view all your upcoming posts in a calendar view.
Step 2: Add Posts or Autopopulate

You have two options to populate your calendar:
- Add posts manually – select the content you want to schedule and drag it into the calendar.
- Auto-populate – let TST automatically fill your calendar with content from the Content Hub or Stock Library.
Either option ensures you always have content ready to go.
Step 3: Drag and Drop to Schedule

Once posts are in your calendar:
- Drag and drop posts to the date and time you want them to go live.
- Adjust the order or timing as needed to fit your posting strategy.
This visual approach makes scheduling fast and flexible.
Step 4: Mark Posts as Complete

After a post has been published or scheduled, you can mark it as complete in your calendar.
This helps you track what’s been done and see what’s still pending at a glance.
Step 5: Review and Adjust
Check your calendar regularly to:
- Reschedule posts if needed
- Add new content from the Content Hub or Stock Library
- Keep your posting plan organized and consistent
Using the Content Calendar keeps your social media workflow smooth and ensures you never miss a post.
