How to Use the Content Hub in Social Trainer

The Content Hub in TST is designed to make finding high-quality social media content quick and easy. You can search, filter, and select content that fits your brand and posting goals.

Step 1: Access the Content Hub

• From your TST dashboard, click Content Hub.
• This is your central library of ready-to-use templates, posts, and media.

Step 2: Search for Content

• Use the search bar at the top to find content by keywords.
  • Examples: “fitness tips,” “new clients,” “motivation.”
• The search results will show templates, reels, stories, and feed posts that match your query.

Step 3: Filter by Type

• To narrow results, use the Type filter:
  • Reel – short-form videos for Instagram or TikTok
  • Story – vertical posts for Instagram Stories
  • Feed – standard Instagram or social media posts
• This ensures you see content in the format you need.

Step 4: Filter by Category

• Use the Category filter to select content based on purpose or style:
  • Meme – humorous or shareable content
  • New Clients – promotional content to attract leads
  • Before & After – transformation stories or results
  • Other categories may include tips, workouts, or engagement posts

Step 5: Preview and Select Content

• Click on a piece of content to preview it.
• Decide if it fits your brand and audience.
• Click Use Template or Edit in Canva to start customizing immediately.

Step 6: Save or Schedule Content

• Save to Favorites – keep content for future posts.
• Add to Calendar – drag and drop content into your TST Content Calendar for scheduling.
