Picked for you is a button at the top of the Content Hub. Press it and the grid shows twelve templates chosen for your business instead of the whole library. It's a Pro feature, and it needs the survey done first.

The survey
The first time, the button reads Pick for me and opens four questions:
- What types of training do you specialize in? β weight loss, strength, sports
performance, group fitness, online training, nutrition, rehab, senior fitness.
- Who is your ideal client? β beginners, athletes, busy professionals, seniors,
post-rehab, weight loss, parents.
- What are your top business goals right now? β more leads, retention, personal
brand, launching a program, engagement, local presence, client stories.
- Content format preferences β more reels, more posts or an even mix; whether you
want Stories; whether you want memes.
Pick as many answers as apply. The answers are saved to your account, and the same answers steer Auto Populate when it fills your calendar.
How a template is scored
Your answers are turned into a set of pillars (the jobs your posts should be doing β a rehab specialist gets Teach and Prove; someone launching a program gets Offer) and a set of audiences. Only templates that match at least one of your pillars or one of your audiences are considered at all; each of those is then scored:
| Signal | Points |
|---|---|
| Each of the template's pillars that matches yours | 10 |
| Each audience it's written for that matches yours | 8 |
| It's your preferred format (reel or post) | 5 |
| It was added or updated in the last 30 days | 2 |
The top twelve are what you see, and the number on the button is how many are waiting. Pillar matches dominate on purpose: a template that does the right job for your business beats one that merely looks like your usual format.
Why the list changes
Two things move it:
- Templates you mark as used drop out. The checkbox in a template's panel marks it
used, and used templates are excluded from your picks β so tick it after you post, and the list stays things you haven't done yet.
- New drops move in. Templates added or updated in the last month get a small bonus,
so a fresh drop that matches your answers surfaces near the top.
Changing your answers
The icon next to the Picked for you button retakes the survey. Do it when your business changes β a new program to sell, a shift from in-person to online β rather than to tune the list; the pillars are broad enough that small changes don't move much.
If the picks feel off, the survey's third question is usually why. "Get more leads" weights toward Offer and Objection posts; "Build my personal brand" toward Personality and Perspective. Choose the goal you actually want posts for this month.
