New templates arrive in batches called drops — a named set released together at a set time, rather than one at a time. A drop shows up in three places.
The strip on the Content Hub
On the day a drop lands, a strip appears above the grid with its name and when it dropped. See the drop filters the grid to just those templates; Show all content puts everything back. The × dismisses the strip in this browser — it doesn't affect the templates, which stay in the library like any others.
What's New
New Content in the sidebar opens What's New: the latest templates grouped by the job they do, in the same four stages as the Pillar filter — Reach, Trust, Convert, Retain. Each pillar is a row with a one-line reminder of what it's for ("Be funny. Gets sent to a friend.") and up to fifteen of the newest templates; View All opens the whole pillar in the Content Hub. It's the page to skim on a Monday to see what's arrived since you last looked.
The email
Each drop can send an announcement email — to everyone, or to Pro members only, depending on the drop — with a link that opens the drop in the app. If you'd rather not get these, the unsubscribe link at the bottom turns off marketing email without touching your posting reminders; Settings covers which emails are which.
On the free plan
Drops appear on What's New and in the Content Hub for everyone. Premium templates in a drop are locked until you upgrade, the same as anywhere else in the library, and the drop email points free members at the upgrade rather than the templates.
Templates from a drop that match your survey answers get a small recency bonus in Picked for you, so the quickest way to find the ones worth your time is to press that button the day a drop lands.
