The Content Hub: tabs, filters and favorites

How the library is organized into reels, posts and stories, what the pillar, topic, season and audience filters mean, what the four toggles do, what a template's page tells you, and how favorites and "unused" work.

The Content Hub is the library: every template, in one place. This article is about finding the right one; Your first post and Your first Reel cover what happens after you open it.

The tabs

The tabs at the top split the library by what you'll end up posting:

  • Reels โ€” video templates, made of clip slots you fill with your own footage.
  • Posts โ€” image templates for the feed: single images and multi-slide carousels.
  • Stories โ€” vertical, full-screen templates for Stories.
  • Memes โ€” image posts built around a joke; quick to make and quick to post.
  • Authority โ€” longer, teaching-style posts that make you the expert.

The ยทยทยท at the end holds the less common kinds. Whatever tab you're on, the filters and toggles below apply to it.

Each card carries a few marks: the kind of template, an EDITOR badge when it opens in one of the built-in editors (templates with several looks show the number of styles instead), a tag naming the drop it arrived in while that drop is featured, and a heart.

The search box at the top of every page searches template titles and descriptions. Pick a result and it opens that template. It's the fastest route when you know roughly what you're after โ€” "kettlebell", "before and after", "testimonial".

Filters

The Content Hub filter row โ€” Pillar, Topic, Season, Audience โ€” and the editor, favorites and unused toggles

Four filters narrow the grid. Each is a multi-select, and they combine.

Pillar is the job a post does for your business. The list is grouped by where that job sits in a client's journey:

StagePillarsThe job
ReachEntertain, Inspire, PerspectiveGet found by people who've never heard of you
TrustTeach, Prove, PersonalityConvince the people who just found you
ConvertObjection, OfferTurn interest into a paying client
RetainCommunityKeep the clients you have, and get referrals from them

A healthy week has posts from more than one stage โ€” all Offer and nobody's listening; all Entertain and nobody buys. Filtering by pillar is how you check what you're short of.

Topic is what the post is about โ€” nutrition, technique, recovery, mindset and so on. Season is when it runs: templates tied to a time of year or a moment (New Year, summer, back to school). Audience is who it speaks to โ€” beginners, athletes, busy professionals, seniors, parents.

Show all content clears everything at once.

The four toggles

To the right of the filters:

  • Reel Editor and Image Editor โ€” show only templates that open in that editor.
  • Heart โ€” only your favorites.
  • Unused โ€” hides templates you've marked as used. Nothing marks a template used by

itself: the checkbox in a template's panel does it, so tick it when you've posted something and this toggle becomes the list of what you haven't.

Reading a template

Click a card and the template opens in a panel:

  • The preview, with the full set of slides for a carousel.
  • Description โ€” what the post is for.
  • How to use it โ€” the notes written with the template: what to swap, what to keep,

how to shoot for it.

  • Caption โ€” an example caption to start from. Generate writes one in your voice

from your AI settings, Regenerate tries again, and Copy takes whichever you're looking at. Captions are covered in Captions.

  • Tutorials โ€” links to the support articles that matter for this template, when

there are any.

  • Open in Editor creates your project and opens it. The calendar icon schedules the

template without opening it; the heart favorites it; the expand icon opens the template's full page.

On the free plan, premium templates show in the grid but are locked; opening one offers the upgrade. Everything else โ€” search, filters, favorites โ€” works the same.

Favorites

Heart a template on its card or in its panel. The heart toggle above the grid then shows only those, across all three tabs. Use it as a shortlist: heart everything that fits next week on Sunday, then work through the list.
