The Social Trainer is three things joined together: a library of ready-made social posts and reels written for personal trainers, editors that let you put your own words, photos and clips into them, and a calendar that reminds you when each one is due. You do the posting.
That last sentence is the one to hold onto. The Social Trainer never connects to your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X or TikTok account, and never posts on your behalf. It gets you to a finished file and a caption, on your phone, at the right time. The last tap is yours. If that's not what you expected, read Does it post for me? before anything else.
Find, make, post
Everything in the sidebar belongs to one of three jobs.

Find something worth posting. Content Hub is the whole library — reels, posts, stories, memes and authority pieces — with filters for what job the post does, what it's about, the time of year and who it's for. Picked for you at the top pulls the ones matched to your profile. New Content is where each week's content drop lands. Stock Library is photos and clips you can use in anything.
Make it yours. Open a template and it becomes a project on your account. Posts, stories and authority pieces open in the Image Editor; reels open in the Reel Editor. Both start in Basic mode — fill the slots the template designer left for you and nothing else — with an Advanced mode underneath when a template is nearly right and needs changing. My Projects is everything you've opened; My Media is your own photos and clips, which the editors can pull into templates for you.
Get it posted. Export from the editor and a QR code puts the file on your phone. Schedule it and it goes on Content Calendar, which emails you the caption and the file shortly before it's due. Then you post it, in the app you're posting to.
Templates without the yellow EDITOR badge in the Content Hub are finished files. There's nothing to edit — download them and post.
What runs underneath
Three things you set up once feed everything else:
- Your profile — who you train, what you offer, how you sound. Onboarding builds it;
Settings → AI Settings is where you change it. Picked for you, caption generation and AI Rewrite all read from it, so the better it is, the less editing you do.
- Your Brand Kit — fonts, colors, logo and links, in Settings → Brand Kit. One tap in
the editor applies it across a whole post.
- Your media — every photo and clip you upload to My Media is tagged automatically,
and Autofill uses those tags to suggest the right one for each slot in a template.
Free and Pro
Everything above is there on the free plan, with these exceptions, which are Pro:
- The premium templates, stock and content drops — they show in the Content Hub, blurred,
so you can see what's there
- Scheduling and the calendar, including Auto Populate
- Brand Kit, AI Rewrite and caption generation in the editors, and **Remove
background** on photos
- The Viral Script Writer, Swipes Editor and Talking Head Editor
- The private community
The editors themselves, exporting, and the QR code to your phone are free. See What's included in Pro for the full comparison.
Three of the Pro tools — the Script Writer, Swipes Editor and Talking Head Editor — are being reworked. They're in the sidebar and they work, but their guides will be added here when the new versions land.

Does it post for me?
No. What scheduling actually does — the calendar entry, the reminder email, what's in it, when it arrives, and the settings that control it.
