The Social Trainer is three things joined together: a library of ready-made posts and reels written for personal trainers, editors that put your own words, photos and clips into them, and a calendar that reminds you when each one is due.
It doesn't post for you. It gets you to a finished file and a caption, on your phone, at the right time — the last tap is yours. More on that in Does it post for me?
Find, make, post
Your home is the Dashboard. Everything else in the sidebar belongs to one of three jobs.
Find something worth posting. Content Hub is the whole library. The For you card at the top picks templates for you, and New Content is where each new drop lands. Stock Library has photos and clips you can use in anything.
Make it yours. Open a template and it becomes a project. Posts open in the Image Editor; reels open in the Reel Editor. Both start in Basic mode — your words, your photos, your style, nothing else to learn. My Projects keeps everything you've opened, and My Media holds your own photos and clips.
Get it posted. Export, scan the QR code, and the file is on your phone. Schedule it and it goes on the Content Calendar, which emails you the file and caption shortly before it's due.
Set up once, used everywhere
- Brand Kit — your name, links, fonts, colors, logo and how you sound, in
Settings → Brand Kit. One tap in the editor puts your look on a whole post.
- Your media — upload photos and clips to My Media once, and the editors can fill
templates with them for you.
Free and Pro
The editors, exporting, the QR code to your phone and your Brand Kit are free. Pro adds:
- the full library, including premium templates and stock
- scheduling, the calendar and Auto Populate
- AI captions, AI Rewrite, background removal and AI photos of you
- the Talking Head, Swipes and Script tools, and the private community
