Settings: profile, posting times, notifications, email and password

A map of all six Settings tabs, then the Account tab in detail — your details, how you sign in, changing your email or password, which emails you get, and the posting times that drive reminders.

Settings has six tabs. Four are documented elsewhere, because they're features rather than settings:

TabWhat it's for

Trainer ProfileWho you are, for the AI — see AI Settings
AI SettingsHow the AI writes — same article

Personal Info

Settings → Account, showing the Personal Info and Security cards

Your full name, phone and birthday, and your email shown with a Verified or Unverified badge. The email isn't editable here — that's in Security below. If it's unverified, Resend verification email sends the link again. Being unverified doesn't lock you out of anything, but receipts and reminders go to that address, so it's worth clearing.

Press Save when you change something. Nothing on this page saves by itself.

Security

Sign-in methods shows how you can get in: Google and Password, each marked Connected or not. Most accounts have one. You can add the other — connect Google to an email-and-password account, or set a password on a Google account — and then either works.

Change password takes your current password, then the new one twice, with a checklist that ticks off as the new one qualifies. Forgotten the current one? Use Forgot your password? and follow the email instead.

Change email takes the new address and your current password. A link goes to the new address and nothing changes until you click it, so a typo can't lock you out.

ℹ️

If you signed up with Google and never set a password, changing your email is blocked until you set one — that's what Set a password first means. Set a password in the same card, then come back.

Notifications

The Notifications card in Settings with its four email switches

Four switches, and it's worth knowing which is which:

  • Reminder before each post — the email that arrives shortly before a scheduled post

is due, carrying the caption and the file. On by default. This is the one that makes scheduling useful; turning it off means nothing tells you to post.

  • Morning digest — one email at 7am listing everything due that day. Good if you'd

rather plan the day in one go than be pinged per post. It works alongside the reminders, not instead of them.

  • New content announcements — when new templates land. See

Content drops.

  • Product tips & onboarding — the welcome series and occasional tips.

The unsubscribe link at the bottom of a marketing email turns off that last group and the content announcements. It deliberately leaves your post reminders and digest alone, since those are about work you scheduled yourself. To stop those, use the switches here.

Posting times

The Posting times card in Settings, with times per weekday and the Remind me setting

This card answers "when does next available actually mean?" — the times the calendar offers when you schedule something without picking a slot.

Set as many times as you like per weekday. Out of the box it's 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with weekends empty. Times are in your own timezone, shown on the card.

Remind me sets how far ahead the reminder email arrives: 15 minutes, 30 minutes (the default), 1 hour, 2 hours, or the morning of. Pick the one that matches how you actually work — thirty minutes if you post from your phone between clients, the morning of if you batch everything at breakfast.

Each post can override this when you schedule it; this is the fallback. And no post gets more than two reminders, however often you move it around the calendar.

Help & Tours

Restart product tour replays the onboarding walkthrough. Replay welcome tour resets the welcome screen and the editor's first-run hints. Neither touches your content.
