Scheduling puts a post on Content Calendar and books the reminder that brings you the caption and the file before it's due. It doesn't post anything — see Does it post for me? if that's news. It's a Pro feature.
Where you can schedule from
- An editor — the Schedule button in the top bar. Best place to do it, because the
dialog shows the project's latest export down the left, with its own QR code, so you can see exactly what will go out.
- A template's page in the Content Hub — schedules the template itself. Nothing has
been exported yet, so the reminder will have no file until you open a project for it and export.
- The calendar — pick a template from the Content Hub and a slot.
The dialog

- When — Next available drops the post into the next free slot from your posting
times, which is usually right. Pick a date and time for something specific.
- Platform — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X or TikTok. This only changes what the
reminder says; the file is the same.
- Caption — the template's example caption, or the one you generated in the editor if
there is one. Edit it here, or Personalize to have it rewritten in your voice. It comes with the reminder, ready to copy.
- Notes — for you. Not part of the post.
Then Schedule. It's on the calendar immediately.
Posting times

Next available reads the Posting times card in Settings: the times you post on each day of the week. Out of the box that's 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and nothing at the weekend. Add and remove times per day, and it shows which timezone they're in.
The same card has Remind me — how far before a post's time the reminder email arrives: 15 minutes, 30 minutes (the default), an hour, two hours, or the morning of.
After you schedule
- The post is on the calendar; drag it to move it, click it to edit anything.
- Export the project if you haven't — the reminder always carries the latest export,
so re-exporting after a fix is enough.
- The reminder arrives at the lead time you chose, once. Moving the post re-arms it, up to
two reminders per post.
- You post it. See Getting files onto your phone.
