Content Calendar in the sidebar is everything you've scheduled, laid out by day. It's where you see the week ahead, move things around, and check that each post has a file ready to go out with its reminder.
The calendar, scheduling and Auto Populate are Pro features.
Reading it

The buttons at the top switch the view: cards, month, year, or agenda — a plain list in date order. Today jumps back to now. Each post shows its title, a thumbnail, the platform and the time.
Underneath, All scheduled posts lists everything on the calendar in date order — handy when you want to scan rather than browse.
Opening a post

Click a post and a panel opens with its preview, the template's notes on how to use it, and Open in Editor. Edit turns it into a form where you can change:
- Date and time
- Platform
- Caption — with Generate if you want it rewritten in your voice
- Notes — for you, not for the post
For a post linked to a project, a File line shows what the reminder will carry. Ready to send means the latest export of that project. Not exported yet means there's no file yet: open the project, export it, and the line updates. Scheduling never blocks on this, but the reminder email will say plainly that there's nothing to send if you leave it.
Delete is in the same place.
Moving posts
Drag a post to another day or time and it's rescheduled. Moving a post re-arms its reminder, so you'll be reminded again at the new time — up to two reminders in total per post, so moving something repeatedly doesn't email you repeatedly.
Suggestions
Posts that Auto Populate put on the calendar look like any other post — the giveaway is the note Auto-populated content when you open one — but they're suggestions until you touch them: they send no reminder and don't appear in the morning digest. Open one and change anything — the time, the caption, the content — and it becomes yours. See Auto Populate.
Clearing a period
Clear Schedule removes every post in a period you choose — this week, the next 7 days, the next 30 days, or this month. It deletes real posts as well as suggestions, and there's no undo, so read the period twice.
Where posts come from
Three places put a post on this calendar — an editor's Schedule button, a template's page in the Content Hub, or the calendar itself. Scheduling a post covers the dialog. What happens after, and what doesn't, is in Does it post for me?.

No. What scheduling actually does — the calendar entry, the reminder email, what's in it, when it arrives, and the settings that control it.
