Exporting turns a project into a file you can post. Images are made instantly in your browser; reels are rendered on our servers and take a few minutes. Either way the result is kept, so you can get it again whenever you need it.
Image posts and carousels
Export in the Image Editor offers two things:
- Current Slide — just the slide you're looking at, as one image
- All Slides — every slide, numbered in order, in a zip named after the project
For a single-image post either works. For a carousel you want All Slides.
Images are made at twice the size of the canvas, so they stay sharp however they're displayed. There's no dialog to fill in — pick one and it's done, and the Download to Phone QR code appears straight away.
Reels
Export in the Reel Editor starts a render immediately. Video isn't made in your browser — it's rendered on our servers, so a reel takes a couple of minutes depending on how long it is and how many clips it has. Progress shows at the bottom right.
You don't have to wait on the page. Close the tab, open something else; the render carries on and the finished file lands in Settings → Exports. If you do stay, the QR code appears the moment it's done.
Changes made after you hit Export aren't in the file. If you keep editing while a render is running, export again when you're done.
Where exports are kept
Every export is recorded. There are two places to find them:
- In the editor — the clock icon next to Export lists this project's exports, newest
first, each with a download button and a QR code button.
- Across everything — Settings → Exports lists every export from every project,
grouped by day, so the one from Tuesday morning is easy to find.
Files stay available and their links don't expire.
Exports and scheduling
The reminder email for a scheduled post carries whatever you exported most recently for that project — it's looked up when the email is sent. Two things follow:
- You can schedule first and export later, as long as you export before the reminder goes.
- If you spot a mistake after scheduling, just export again. The reminder picks up the new
file; you don't have to touch the calendar.
If a post reaches its reminder time with nothing exported, the email says so and links back to the editor.
