Exporting turns your project into the file you post.
Posts and carousels
In the Image Editor, click Export:
- Current Slide — just the one you're looking at.
- All Slides — the whole carousel, in order. (Only shows when there's more than one.)
When it's done, a Download to Phone QR code appears — see Getting files onto your phone.
A slide with a video on it exports as a video, made on our servers like a reel. That's a Pro feature.
Reels
In the Reel Editor, click Export. The video is made on our servers, usually in a couple of minutes, and the progress shows bottom-right. You can close the tab — the finished video waits in Settings → Exports.
When it's done, the panel has Send to phone and Download again.
Changes you make after clicking Export aren't in that video. Export again to include them.
Finding an earlier export
The clock icon next to Export lists every export of this project, newest first. Download any of them again or get its QR code. Every export you've ever made is also in Settings → Exports.
On a phone, the editor's main button is Save to Photos — it exports and opens your phone's share sheet in one tap.
