Filling a template needs nothing new. But when a template is nearly right — it wants one more line, an arrow, a "swipe" cue — the tool rail on the left adds it. The rail is in Advanced mode.
- Text — opens Add text: a quick heading, subheading or body text, plus ready-made
font styles and looks. Pick one, then type over it.
- Image — a new photo, from your media, stock, or a fresh upload.
- Video — a video clip on the slide. The post exports as a video.
- Shape — squares, circles, stars, speech bubbles, lines and arrows.
- Elements — stickers, doodles and icons, with a search box. Type what you want:
"dumbbell", "clock", "arrow".
- Widgets — ready-made pieces like page dots, a swipe cue, your handle and logo.
Everything new lands in the middle of the slide, on top. Drag it where you want it.
To get rid of something, select it and press Delete. Undo is Ctrl/⌘ Z.
Before adding something, check whether another slide already has it. Copying it (Ctrl/⌘ C, then Ctrl/⌘ V on this slide) keeps the post consistent.
