The stock library is a set of fitness photos and videos licensed for you to use in your posts — gym interiors, equipment, people training, food, outdoors. It's there for the shots you don't have, and it's not a substitute for your own footage: a post with your face and your gym in it will always do more than one with a stranger's.

Finding something
Stock Library in the sidebar opens it. Four controls:
- Search — type what you're looking for: an exercise, a piece of equipment, a
setting. It reads the title, description and the tags on each asset.
- Images / Videos — either, or both.
- Horizontal / Vertical — orientation. Vertical is what you want for reels and
stories; either works for a feed post.
- Category — the same fifteen categories your own media uses: trainer headshots,
strength training, cardio and conditioning, coaching a client, group and class, gym and studio space, equipment and gear, recovery and mobility, mindfulness and wellness, nutrition and hydration, outdoors and lifestyle, community and members, progress and social proof, trainer routine and behind the scenes.
Click any asset to open it. The panel shows its description and details — format, orientation, the exercise if it's tagged with one, category, dimensions, file size, and duration for a video.
Two ways to use it
Inside a template, which is usually what you want. Both editors' media pickers have a Stock tab. Open a photo or clip slot, switch to Stock, search, pick. It goes straight into the slot at the right crop, and nothing is downloaded to your computer.
As a download, if you need the file itself — for a story you're making in Instagram, or something outside this product. Hover an asset and press Download. Downloading is a Pro feature; the button says Upgrade to download on the free plan.
Stock assets aren't added to My Media when you use them, so Autofill never picks them. Autofill matches your own uploads only — see Autofill.
On the free plan
You see the free portion of the library and can use it in templates. The premium assets and downloading both need Pro.
Licensing
Everything in the library is licensed for commercial use in your own social media and marketing. What you can't do is resell or redistribute the files themselves. If you need to know whether a particular use is covered, ask us — it's quicker than guessing.
Use stock for the backdrop and your own footage for the moments that need to be you — the piece to camera, the client result, the coaching cue. The shoot list tells you which of those you're missing.
