My Media: uploading, organizing and tagging

My Media is your library: every photo and clip you've uploaded, in one place, with a description and tags written for each one the moment it arrives. Both editors draw from it — Autofill to suggest the right clip for each slot, Replace to pick one by hand — so the better your library, the less you do inside a template.

Getting media in

• Upload — pick files from your computer. Photos and video.
• From phone — shows a QR code; scan it and your phone opens an upload page that sends

straight into the library. Since the clips you want are usually on your phone, this is the route you'll use most.

• From inside an editor — anything you upload through the Media tab lands here too.

If you upload a file that's already in the library, it tells you before making a copy.

What happens on upload

Each file is analyzed as it arrives, and three things are written for it:

• A name — a short title, so it's findable
• A description — one line on what's actually in it: the exercise, the setting, who's

in frame. This is what Autofill matches templates against.

• Autofill tags — the specifics, like barbell back squat or coaching client

You don't have to touch any of it. But every one of those fields is editable, and editing the description is the single most effective way to get a clip suggested for the right template. See How Autofill chooses media.

Organizing

• Folders down the left. Create one from New folder; rename or delete from the

folder's menu. Anything not in a folder is under Unfiled. Folders matter beyond tidiness: Autofill can be pointed at a single folder.

• Favorites — the heart on a card.
• All / Photos / Videos narrows the grid; the search box searches names, descriptions

and tags.

• Select turns on multi-select for bulk actions — delete, regenerate details, move.

The Edit media dialog

Open the ⋮ menu on a card and choose Edit. You can change:

• Name and Description, as above.
• Exercise — the movement in the clip, if there is one.
• Instructions / tips — optional coaching notes, one per line. When this clip is dropped

into a template, these are pulled into the text linked to that slot. Useful for a clip that always wants the same cue under it.

• Autofill tags — add or remove.
• Exclude from autofill — keeps the clip in your library but out of Autofill's

suggestions. For the ones you want to place by hand only.

The same menu has Categories — the chips on each card, like Coaching Client or Legs — plus Download, Remove BG and Delete. Remove BG makes a cutout version of a photo; the card then carries a Cutout badge.

Finding duplicates

The ⋮ menu has a duplicate sweep. It compares every file in the library and lists any that match, so you can delete the extras; if there are none it says so.
