My Media is your library: every photo and clip you've uploaded. Both editors draw from it, so the better your library, the less you do inside a template.
Getting media in
- Upload — pick files from your computer, or drag them onto the page.
- From phone — shows a QR code. Scan it and your phone opens an upload page that sends
straight to your library. Your clips are usually on your phone, so this is the one you'll use most.
- Anything you upload inside an editor lands here too.
What happens when it arrives
Each file gets a name, a description of what's in it, and tags — written for you automatically. That's what the editors use to suggest the right clip for each spot. You don't have to touch it, but you can: click a card to edit it.
Photos of you
Mark the photos and clips that are you with This is me — from a card's menu, or the Photos of you folder, which can find more of them for you. Spots in a template meant for the trainer then use only those, and AI photos learn your face from them.
Organizing
- Folders down the left. Anything not in one is under Unfiled.
- Favorites — the star on a card.
- The search box and filters narrow the grid.
- Select lets you act on several at once.
Editing a file
Click a card to edit its name, description and tags, add the exercise and coaching tips, or switch on Keep out of autofill for clips you only want to place by hand.
