Every template comes with a caption. Use it as it is, have one written in your voice, or write your own.
Having one written for you
Open the Caption tab in the Image Editor or Reel Editor and click Generate with AI. It writes a caption for this post, in the voice from your Brand Kit, ending with a few hashtags. Don't like it? Regenerate.
You'll find Generate with AI in a template's panel in the Content Hub and in the schedule sheet too.
Each project keeps its own caption, so two posts made from the same template can have different ones.
AI captions are Pro. On the free plan you get three free tries.
Editing it
The caption is editable wherever you see it — in the Caption tab, and in the schedule sheet. What's there when you schedule is what arrives with your reminder.
Edit the written one rather than starting blank. The hashtags and call to action are already right; the middle usually wants one detail only you have — a client's first name, this week's number.
Where it goes
The caption travels with the file: it's in your reminder email, and on the download page your QR code opens, ready to copy into Instagram.
