Download links don't expire. A QR code from weeks ago and the Get your post button in an old reminder email both still work. If a link says Link not found, it's pointing at an export that's since been removed — and a fresh link is always available.
Getting a fresh link
- Settings → Exports lists every export you've made, grouped by day. Every row has a
QR code button and a download button.
- Inside an editor, the clock icon next to Export shows the same for that project.
- Or just Export again — you get a new QR code the moment it finishes.
The QR code won't scan
A QR code here is just a web address. If your phone's camera isn't picking it up:
- Move closer, and make sure the whole square is on screen — a code that's partly off
the edge of a laptop screen won't read.
- Use Copy link where it's offered (the Schedule dialog has one) and send the link to
yourself any way you like — it opens the same page.
- On the phone, the page has a Save button for each file that opens the share sheet,
so you get Save Image or Save Video straight into your camera roll.
