How to cancel
Go to Settings → Subscription and click Cancel subscription.
- Tell us why, if you like, or click Continue Cancellation.
- We'll offer two alternatives:
- Take a break instead — pause for 1, 2 or 3 months. No charges while you're paused.
- Stay for 50% off your next month.
- Still want to go? Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.
Changed your mind?
Before your paid month ends, click Keep my subscription on your plan card. Nothing changes.
If you paused, the card says when billing restarts. Resume now brings Pro back early.
What you keep
Everything you've made stays — your projects, your media, your exports and your Brand Kit. On the free plan you can still open and edit your projects, export them, and see and move posts on your calendar. Pro tools, Pro templates and new scheduling switch off until you come back.
Download anything you want to keep from Settings → Exports before you go — it's quicker than finding it later.
