I can't find my project

It's probably under another tab

My Projects is split by kind — reels, image posts, and the other tools each have a tab. The five small icons under My Media in the sidebar jump straight to one tab each. If you're looking at Nothing here yet, you're on a tab that's empty; the project is under one of the others.

Search for the template's name

A project is created the moment you press Open in Editor on a template, and it's named after that template. If you didn't rename it, search for the template's name in the box at the top of My Projects.

The project is there but your work isn't

Projects don't save by themselves. If you closed the tab without pressing Save, the project still exists but the edits since your last save don't. The editor warns before letting you leave with unsaved changes; if you clicked through that, the changes are gone. Save with Ctrl/⌘ S as you go.

You deleted it

Delete project is permanent — there's no bin to recover from. Two things survive a deleted project, though:

• Its exports. Every file you ever exported from it is still in Settings → Exports.
• The template. Open it again from the Content Hub and you get a fresh project.

Still can't find it

The dashboard's recent strip shows the last few projects you opened, whatever their kind. If it's not there either, send us a message with the template's name and roughly when you opened it.
