The preview doesn't match what I exported

First: which one is right?

The exported file. The preview in the editor is there to check timing and layout; the export is rendered from the original clips and is what you post. If the two disagree, open the export from Settings → Exports and judge that, not the preview.

Reels: the preview shows a different clip

The editor's preview plays a lighter copy of each clip so it runs smoothly in a browser; the export uses the originals. Occasionally — usually right after swapping several clips quickly, or seconds after an upload — the preview keeps playing the previous clip's lightweight copy while the slot has already changed. The export will have the right clip.

To make the preview catch up: reload the editor, or open the slot and pick the clip again.

The export is missing my latest change

You exported before the change. Anything edited after Export was pressed isn't in that file — the render works from the project as it was at that moment. Export again.

Images: text or fonts look different for a moment

The Image Editor draws exactly what it exports, at twice the size. Fonts load the first time a template uses them, so a headline can flash in a fallback face for a second when a project opens. Once it's loaded, what you see is the file.

If an image export genuinely differs from the canvas — a missing element, a wrong color — send us a message with the project name; that's a bug we want to see.
